Awesome Companion or On It's Own

This stamps is a WONDERFUL addition to my Smash Book. I've even used it as a sentiment on a card. The one thing I would have LOVED to see on this stamp is a "blank" option on the date that way I can ink just the sentiment or just the date by themselves. I can do that now, it just takes the added work of prepping the stamp with tape before inking.

Cute but Work

I was so excited to buy this stamp at my local archivers it was perfect for the planner I had made. THE STAMP IS NOT MADE WELL! It takes a lot of work to get the dates correct but luckily the all you would be changing is the number not month and year for a long time. The saying turn dial DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK!!!!!! Also the numbers seen through the box on the front of the black part line up with what you are trying to stamp.

Great Documentation Tool

I don't have a Smash journal yet, but have kept art journals for years and also do various types of art and design work. The Date Smash Stamp is great for dating anything you want. I'm using it in my current journal, on ATC's, and on the back of greeting cards I've designed. In addition, it has clever comments ready to use or I can set it to print a block to write a code, initials, model number, etc. (I could also use it as part of my artwork if I wanted to.) The grooved setting wheels are easy to move, so set up is a jiffy. I'll be able to document dates through 2022, so by then I think I'll be ready for a new one - LOL!
